By registering for the Soigne Retreat (the "Event") through the website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
1. General Registration Terms 1.1. Registration for the Event is subject to availability. Completing the registration form does not guarantee a spot at the Event unless you receive a confirmation email. 1.2. You must be at least 21 years old to register for the Event. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Payment Terms 2.1. Payment for the Event is required at the time of registration. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is processed and confirmed by our payment gateway. 2.2. All payments for the Event are non-refundable, except as provided for in the cancellation policy (Section 5). 2.3. The Event registration fee includes access to the Event and any materials provided, unless otherwise specified.
3. Event Content and Access 3.1. The Event will start on April 21st, 2025 at 3:00pm EST at Greencrest Manor in Battle Creek, Michigan and will conclude on April 24th, 2025 at 3:00pm EST. 3.2. We reserve the right to modify the Event’s format, schedule, speakers, or other components without prior notice. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees.
4. Personal Data and Privacy 4.1. By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as outlined in our [Privacy Policy]. 4.2. Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of managing your registration, communication regarding the Event, and providing updates related to the Event. 4.3. You may receive communications from us regarding future events and updates. You can opt out of such communications at any time.
5. Cancellations and Refunds 5.1. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your registration to another individual by providing written notice to [email protected]. 5.2. In the event of cancellation by the Event organizers (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure), registered participants will be notified, and either a refund or alternative options will be provided. 5.3 If you are unable to find a replacement for your registration, we reserve the right to offer a credit for a future Soigne Retreat, but no refunds will be given.
6. Code of Conduct 6.1. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the Event. 6.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in the removal of the attendee from the Event without refund.
7. Liability 7.1. By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk. The Event organizers are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred during the Event. 7.2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event organizers, their employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the Event.
8. Intellectual Property 8.1. All content, materials, and presentations provided during the Event are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Attendees may not record, reproduce, or distribute Event materials without prior consent from the Event organizers.
9. Governing Law 9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan. 9.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Calhoun County .
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions 10.1. The Event organizers reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered attendees.
